I've been thinking... I am trying to design a character to represent me, but I'm not sure where to start. I would love to know how you came up with your design! How did you decide the outfit, head and body shape, and colors? What was your thought process?

Also, what is the design on his head? Is that hair? Whatever it is, it's very cute ^w^

I've never heard of MerMay before, but this is beautiful art! I would have never thought to put a mermaid anywhere but the ocean, much less among the stars.
